Shipping fees
INHA Professional offers free shipping on all transactions over 40$ CAD before taxes and discounts (Quebec and Ontario only). Shipping fees for all other purchases under 40$ CAD before taxes will be 9.99$ CAD.
For shipments elsewhere in North America, a 9.99$ CAD delivery charge will apply at all times. We ship to Canada, USA and Mexico only.
Shipping information
INHA Professional uses the services of Canada Post to ship your order with complete tracking information. Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Canada Post will only show up once at your receiving address or, if unsuccessful, a notice will be left and it will be your responsibility to pick it up at the nearest counter.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your order has been delivered. If there is an error, contact us by email with the correction to be made.
Before the product is returned to us, you will have 10 business days to pick it up.
